    Plants 1 covers an area of 12000square meters,7000 square meters building area.
    Plants 2 covers 42000 square meters floorarea,42000 square meters building area,will be put into use by july2013.
    We are a professional foundry in aluminumgravity casting  ,low pressure casting and sand casting .It islocated in Yongkang city , Zhejiang province .1.5 hours fromhangzhou airport and 3.5 hours from Shanghai airport by car.
    Plants 1 possesses gravity castingmachines,low pressure die casting machines,molding machine,heattreatment facility,CNC,numerical control lathes etc.
    Test equipments including:spectrograph,bendingtesting machine,tensile testing machine ,HB sclerometer ,Rockwellhardness test machine,CMM etc.
    We''ve got ISD9001:2000 internationalsystem certification.advanced equipments for producing ,machiningand testing ,well trained oprators ,perfect managementsystem,create perfect products for all clients.Our products aresold far to Japan,Korea,USA,Germany,Holland etc countries .
    Our products'' main fields of applicationare:automotive parts,power tolls outer shell,motorcycle hydraulicbrake pump system,medical equipments,heavy equipment seriesetc.
    After July 2013, our plant 2 will be putinto use .We will invest 15sets pouring type gravity castingmachines,20sets low pressure casting machines,one 30tons resin sandmolding line and 5sets continuous melting furnaces.
    For the machining facility,there will be 20setsvertical CNC,2 sets horizontal CNC,1set the 5-axes simultaneous CNCand 20sets numerical control lathes.
    For the testing facility,there will be 1setx-ray nondestructive detectoscope,1set Spectro spectrometer,1setuniversal testing machine and 1set Zeiss CMM.
    We are also going to get the certificationsfor ISO9001-2008 and TS16949 quality management system,ISO14000 environmental management system and ISO18000 safety andhealth management system by 2014.
