Packing Details:
- Carton boxes on the pallets.
Carton box is made of double wall Corrugated board. The pattern of packing we would prefer Regular Slotted Container (RSC). First type the carton box, then put polyester band roll on the box. Pallet is made of plywood or wood. Just carton box is also ok.
- Plywood Package with galvanized steel strip
Plywood is a kind of fumigation-free packages, also free of plant and animal quarantines. Beause galvanized steel strip does not rust, it’s strong enough to get to customer’s port without damage. To guarantee the safety of our goods, ur advice is very welcomed.
Mark
Inside mark can be print on the carton box or sticked with a label or paper.
The shipping mark will be sticked on the plywood package.
Gravity Casting Details:
- Melt A356 aluminum ingot into solid aluminum, inspect chemical component in case of high Fe.
- Pour solid aluminum into the mould in the luffing gravity casting machine, turn 90°C quickly and softly, then let solid aluminum in and air out. Solid aluminum must more then fill in the mould.
- Wait about 2min, open mould and get out the casting with pinchers carefully.
- Inspect whether there is injure or something more. Put aside until cool down.
- The rough casting is ok.
Heat-treatment Details:
A356-T6, the temperature of heat-treatment is 540°C, 10-15minutes.
